I start every buyer client with a consultation, either in person at my office or virtually. During that meeting, we discuss the buying process, go over the buyer's wants and needs, and lifestyle considerations. We then talk about areas/locations and property types that are best fitting to their specific situation. We review all applicable inventory together to both help me get a better understanding of what is going to be a good fit and also to create a shortlist from which to start our in-person search. I find this to be a crucial part of the buying process to help set us on a course for success, as well as save us countless hours of driving around looking at the wrong properties initially. Every buyer that I take through this step lets me know how much they appreciate it and even how much they learn through it, as I take the time to answer any questions and explain details they may not know or understand.
