6 days agoNew Kuddos to Melanie McEwen at the Prince George office on Westwood Dr. I was frustrated with a competing tax website that I had my taxes pretty much completed on (was doing circles trying to access expert help option and phone calls to no avail)and was going to pay Liberty to do them however I was not prepared for the cost after doing my own taxes for years. Melanie advised me that she would rather answer my 1 question since I had been doing my taxes on my own and she gave me a couple pointers on some credits I may be able to use. She didn’t charge me anything. Melanie was super nice, helpful and very knowledgeable about accessing CRA and where to find some answers if I have more questions. A huge Thank You Melanie!!!

Professional & excellent service! Did my taxes here for the first time, this year. Helped me a lot, and was able to complete my 2015 & 2016 years, cause apparently those years weren't done This location has helped me with being all caught up with my taxes since I became of age I made my review of the 3rd ave location, and I'd rather come to this location to do my taxes My taxes took a while to get done, but that's cause of 2015 & 2016 needing to be done, and that's okay, I'm a happy client/customer.

I was very overwhelmed with accounting and taxes for my business but also very determined to learn how to do everything myself. Ben was great at answering all of my questions, showing me tricks and tips and overall he made me feel much more confident that I can do it! He had a 45 min consult with me with no pressure to hire him to do the services for me. I would recommend him to anyone lookina for an accountant.

I called Raspberry North for advice on how to do my own taxes and Ben was super helpful! Solved my problem and gave excellent advice at no charge! A business that actually wants to help people is very refreshing. Definitely earned my business.
