Grâce au service de Me Guillaume Roy j'ai pu garder mon logement dans une période ou les locateurs font pression sur les locataire pour reprendre les logements dans le but d'augmenter les loyer au-dessus de 1000$ par mois. Au final j'ai eu mon avis de renouvellement et une augmentation de 20$ en dessous des recommandations de la Régie du logements.
