LEVANTE CHATHAM RETIREMENT RESORT REVIEWS

AMAZING staff! I faced a difficult decision a few months back (June 2023) moving my mother to a retirement home. This Revera(Levante) home in Chatham offered me a full ‘turn-key’ service in helping with EVERYTHING: from my mother’s medical needs (Revera (Now Levante) has an in-house Doctor and nursing staff), to offering a free month of rent to help offset moving costs. Most importantly are the staff (Top/down, management to cleaning, everyone is so understanding and friendly). They always go above and beyond to help my mother, call me asap if there’s any issues and are always nice and courteous. This alone helped alleviate myself and my siblings' concerns. My mother not only feels incredibly welcome and making new friends, she now realizes she should have done this sooner. The room is fantastic, the price is amazing, view is great. Most important, Mom's making new friends there. 'lunch-pals' she looks forward to seeing daily.

Just wanted to say thank you to all the staff at Chatham Retirement Resort! The family appreciated the care and concern you gave my mother Alice while she was there the past two years. All staff were always friendly and accommodating. There were varied activities and it was a family atmosphere. Kudos to you1 We need more residences like Chatham Retirement Resort.

The staff are amazing! I think you need to pass a bubbly, happiness test to work there. The entire staff is friendly, accommodating, and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone considering a retirement resort. My parents are THRIVING there. Hats off to Kathy at the front desk who is always cheerful and Amanda for all the helpful information. Thanks for all you do to take care of those that took care of us.

GRAND RETIREMENT LIVING REVIEWS

Both my great grandmothers were here until recently now just one is. The staff is very kind an always help you find your grandparent. Theres lots of activities so there never board. Really good food options. Beutiful little apartment style rooms that can be made there own. A library, pool table, chapel, exercise classes, games, guest entertainment, the high school next door dose activities with then. Theres just all sorts of stuff. Thankyou for giving my grandma a better place to live an looking after her I havent seen her this happy in a while.

My father has been here for years, and the staff is amazing. The place is well taken care of and so are the residents. They have been very good with covid in setting up a great system, and updating it as the provincal rules change. If yor unsure about covid rules, just call and they answer your questions.

The staff is wonderful here, my mother has been a resident for a few years now and has nothing but great things to say about the place. Any interactions I have had have all been positive. Always very clean, friendly, and knowledgeable.
