BROOKSTONE WINDOWS & DOORS REVIEWS

Erin, our salesperson was great. The installers were efficient, friendly and cleaned up after themselves. Our final visit with Lee was appreciated, he was knowledgeable and able to answer any questions we had. Overall it was a very good experience. We would definitely recommend Brookstone, we love our doors and window.

Great sales experience with Eryn. The two brothers installing were very tidy, friendly and quite talented. There was a minor hiccup and it was immediately taken care of same day and next. Excellent company. I had two patio doors (transoms) replaced and a glass block wall dismantled and custom sanded glass window installed.

Great experience from ordering to completion. Eryn was very helpful and knowledgable through the ordering of my front door. The installers were very polite and professional. All waste was cleaned up and taken away. So happy with my front doors.

VAN HOOF SIDING PLACE REVIEWS

Hole appeared in soffit post windstorm and I needed to fix ASAP before critters decided to take up residence. I had no idea what had to be done and how. Checked out HD for some soffit but 10 foot pieces were not what I needed. I thought of Van Hoofs because they had done some trim bending for me in the past…I’m super glad I did. The folks at the service desk were kind, knowledgeable, and super efficient. I was in and out in 5 minutes with everything I needed to make the repair and the knowledge I needed to do it. The price was also very kind. 10/10 totally recommend.

Sent my husband in to get a new piece of flashing that had fallen off of our window and got run over, they took measurements and had a new piece in less than 10 minutes. They also refused payment for it and said next time we come in, to just bring a coffee. Excellent customer service! Highly recommend to anyone.

My husband and I are very pleased with the service we have received from Vanhoof. They have been patient and understanding. The door we ordered is beautiful and a great quality! We'd use them again for other projects.

ECOTECH WINDOWS & DOORS CHATHAM REVIEWS

I had a great experience working with Ecotech Windows and Doors, especially with andriy as the installer and John . You can truly tell he’s been part of the team for many years — his professionalism, precision, and confidence in his work really stand out. andriy pays attention to every detail and takes pride in doing the job right, not just fast. It’s rare to see someone so dedicated and consistent over time. His experience shows in every step of the installation, and it gives real peace of mind knowing the work is done properly. Ecotech is lucky to have someone like him on their team for so long. Highly recommend both the company and Matan for anyone looking for quality and reliability.

Andriy and team were amazing. They were always very personable and friendly. Professional from the moment they pulled into the driveway. They are highly efficient and were able to replace all 17 windows and 5 doors in just 2.5 days. Workmen ship is impeccable. I would recommend to everyone.

We had 3 windows and a door installed. The gentlemen installed them with ease. They were very professional and polite. We are very satisfied with their work. I would highly recommend them. The windows are high quality.
