From estimate to completion of my roof the service was amazing. Derrick showed up on time when booked for the initial estimate and was knowledgeable about what my roof needed and explained everything in detail. I spoke to Rachel a couple of times when scheduling a date to start work and she was always friendly and helpful. The crew was great and had the entire job done and cleaned up before days end! I was impressed they left my house as clean as it was before they started. I would highly recommend.

Lost some shingles in the derecho that passed through Peterborough in summer 2022. I called Peak and and got a timely response. They used a drone to look at my roof! Brilliant and allowed them to provide me with options. We agreed on Wednesday and by Friday someone was there fixing the gaps, replacing a damaged roof vent and doing a whole assessment of the roof. A dry roof is one the most important things in home ownership, and the value provided was commensurate.

Prompt service and communication, very supportive throughout the process of initial meeting all the way through to the entire roof replacement. We were able to restore the character and charm to our house, with a great quality, modern product. We've gotten so many compliments on our roof since the job was completed.
