Been here two times now and wasn't disappointed at all. The sub just blows other places out of the water, there's not even a competition. Got the breakfast the second run and it was just as good! Staff is very friendly and welcoming, they're good at explaining the menu and suggestions. I highly recommend this place to get break, lunch or dinner!.

We had the Mamias Greek Philly!! And OMG this was one of the best sandwiches going out there in this city. Hearty, unique, tasteful (the steak was fresh), the fries were crisp to perfection, the mamias sauce and the suggested Greek toppings were spot on! Home made chili on the side! LOCALLY OWNED AND OPERATED! Support support support this place. Such a great experience for a sandwich shop and they have such a large selection of sandwiches- cheers!.

Quick and friendly service. Last week I was able to leave work, get a sub and get back to my office in 9 min. I have never had a bad sub and is my go to if I need lunch at work. Philly Cheese Steak is a must try.

Staff is always amazing ans friendly when I come here. And recently. They serviced about 15 students from a volleyball team in about 15 minutes. They are super quick and professional. Deffinity an amazing group of people that work at this subway. Good job everyone!.

Love stopping here for supper. They're open late and even tho it's only one person in the evening they sure keep up no problem. Even when it's busy for one person they keep smiling and ask about your day. Deff recommend :) I also find the store and bathrooms very clean no matter when I visit. Location also makes it fast and free easy parking.

A nice clean restaurant. Food was good as expected. It was not very busy in the afternoon, washroom was clean and staff was nice as well.

Ordered the “Special Pho”(beef, beef brisket, beef balls and tendon) I asked if it was possible to make it spicy which the waiter happily accommodated. The soup arrived a short time later and was nearly overflowing the large bowl it was in. The broth was well flavoured and plenty of beef. Great value and great service. I can’t wait to try a Bun Mi next time!.

Lovely family owned restaurant. They make delicious food, comparable to Vietnamese restaurants I have frequented in big cities like Vancouver and Toronto. Service is fast, you are not waiting a long time to get your food order. Their submarine sandwiches (banh mi) are flavourful and full of deliciousness with some unique meat combinations. The Vietnamese iced coffee is the perfect beverage to cool down on a hot summer day! The menu is extensive and the owners take pride in the food they serve their customers. I look forward to returning again to enjoy their food the next time I am in town.

Amazing Vermicelli Bowls. Sate beef was great! Spicy! Boba was so good, but my favorite was the pork Bao buns. Amazing! Amazing!.
