We thought we booked a dine-out Vancouver lunch here but quickly realised that River House only joined Dine Out for the dinner. But, with this view and a very nice brunch menu there's no regrets! The server and the host were very friendly and accommodating, and knowledgeable! The food: We ordered Pork Skillet Benedict and crab shrimp bacon Benedict. Both were tasty, full of flavours. I particularly want to recommend the Pork Skillet Benedict, crispy, rich, soft, gooey, the right textures of everything. Hands down. Will come back again.

First visit to the RiverHouse and I was impressed. We sat on the pub side outside which was gorgeous and not too hot. Our server she was excellent. 3 guests had brunch eggs Benny, omelette,and eggs and bacon Everyone said it was very good. I chose the fish & chips which were one one best I have had and chose the curly fries. We live in Vancouver and it was definitely worth the drive. Highly recommend.

A very nice restaurant by a river, with some great food and cocktails! They've got plenty of seafood options here, along with many handheld items. It is kind of out of the way, but definitely worth the trip. I highly recommend their prawns flatbread.

SHARKEY’S SEAFOOD BAR & GRILLE REVIEWS

Ok… if you have not been here before. Jump in your car or bike or walk here Asap. The patio is amazing. The food is spectacular. I have been here about 4 times over the last 4 years. It honestly feels like it just gets better every time. The garlic steak bites are a 10. Clam chowder is a 10. I promise you you will not be disappointed. Yes it’s that’s good. Plus the beer is ice cold.

Food was good. I had the Ladner burger. It was tasty but nothing special. Service was great. We ate out on the patio watching a bald eagle or two in the trees. The location was scenic.

The decor inside is on point for a seafood restaurant. We chose to sit on the patio by the river so we could watch the Eagles fish. Nachos were good, as was the veggie burger with a nice amount of perfectly done fries. My friend enjoyed her calamari. The server was attentive and chatty; she was great. We will return. Take advantage of their happy hour menu.

ILLUMINATÉ RESTORANTE REVIEWS

It was our first time at this restaurant. When we noticed such a high Google score we decided to check it out and we were not disappointed. The food was amazing - we had the onion soup to start, the spaghetti and meatballs and the halibut. Best halibut I’ve probably ever eaten and the other dishes were amazing too. We finished with the ganache and needed to be rolled out to the car. Our server Rebecca was amazing (hi Rebecca!), super friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Thanks for a fabulous experience. We will be back - highly recommended!

I can't say enough about this restaurant. Since I live on Vancouver Island, I've only had the ability to go twice, but every single dish and drink we have had has been nothing short of perfect. Such a beautiful atmosphere, clean, comfortable, and fancy-ish but relaxed. The drinks are amazing. And the then the food... Quite literally the best food I have ever eaten, anywhere! You can tell the chef and kitchen take their time and take pride in what they are serving. It's outstanding. We have a reservation booked a couple weeks from now and I cannot wait!!

Great restaurant.I highly recommend people to try this restaurant out. Great food and the owner Roland is awesome. He took care of exactly the way we wanted our event. From blocking the parking space to setting up the cocktail hour for everyone. Would definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone.
