Delicious food and always friendly service makes for a great experience at this restaurant. Red Lobster does it well. They have lots of tables and parking space, so there's usually little to no wait time. The ultimate endless shrimp is a fantastic deal and the cheddar garlic biscuits.

I went for lunch today and the wait staff was fantastic. I was served by Cissy, who went above and beyond with the customer service. It definitely did not go unnoticed, and was much appreciated. Also, the food was delicious.

I have been to Red Lobster a few times their food is delicious the staff are very friendly helpful and are accommodating. I have a disability so therefore I am not able to take the lobster out of the shell. So I ask them if they can do it for me and they are more than happy to help. Thank you very much to the all of the staff including the servers kitchen staff bar staff and the staff at the door for all of your help. The best seafood in Kingston.

We made reservations for my sister's birthday. I must say all of the positive reviews don't do this place justice. From the cozy seating, simple but refined menu, absolutely delicious appetizers, mains and desserts, comfortable, relaxing ambiance and we can't forget the service. Our server Marco was very friendly, funny, accommodating and helpful. He made us feel very welcome. And we can't forget our mixologist Abby who made the most amazing drinks for us and left a memorable experience with my nephew who will never forget this visit. Hope to see you all again when we visit Kingston. We highly recommend this gem.

Fantastic experience at AquaTerra, they accomodate special requests for a surprise birthday and were very nice overall considering we booked with less than 24hs notice. Tyson took great care of us and was very amicable. It was a great meal overall and will definitely be back once in Kingston.

Thorougly enjoyed my Smoked salmon eggs Benedict, it was a real treat! The poached eggs were made exactly to how I ordered them, and the meal itself was made of high quality ingredients. The salad tasted very good as well. Overall it was a nice, healthy and balanced breakfast here at the hotel. The atmosphere is super nice, lots of bright natural light from the windows and staff is very attentive and professional. The view of the lakeside and frozen dock was a nice view to enjoy by the waterside. I enjoyed my experience here a lot, looking forward to coming back to dine here if I'm ever around Kingston again.
