I had an excellent experience here with my mom. We wanted a little pampering and to have a special day together, so we came for facials and left feeling so relaxed and blissful. I guess I drifted off because I woke myself up with a little baby snore! lol So relaxing! My skin feels so fresh and dewy, and I got to enjoy it with my favourite person. I can’t wait to come back.

I went because I had been gifted a deep tissue massage and it was the best experience. I have had really terrible lower back pain from having my two babies back to back and me just not getting around to taking care of it and this massage honestly has been life changing. I feel terrible that I can't remember the name of the masseuse because she really cared and took the time to help with the pain. She was fantastic and I would recommend to anyone.

Wonderful atmosphere and surroundings. Kamal and Ravinder are exceptional with their esthetic services...gentlest touch for waxing. Had a great pedicure as well with Sahar....great polish application and leg massage. She's very attentive to detail and does an excellent job!

I booked an appointment at west spa with Harman, this was my first time meeting her and she was amazing. She was very gentle while waxing and made the environment very comfy for me. She also had tricks to make it less painful. She was very sweet and took good care of me offering me beverages and more. She also did my pedicure and helped me match the best colour to my skin tone and again was very nice and gentle. Overall had a very good experience with her.

I highly recommend Tania El for any type of massage. I need and enjoy deep tissue massages, and Tania has always provided a highly relieving, therapeutic and professional massage. The intensity of the massage is precisely modulated based on my needs and response. I will be going back and booking my deep tissue massages with her over and over.

Angie was super amazing at helping and organizing a birthday spa day for my daughter and her friends just the way she imagined it. The nail technicians were incredible with them. Theresa was an absolute gem with the birthday girl. She can’t wait to go back! They had a great time! Thanks for the perfect experience!

I always take Belcourt to head south on Sources blvd and had noticed this new place while waiting at the red light a few weeks ago I could read "beauty & spa" so my thought was that they probably did waxing and threading. I needed to get my eyebrows and upper lip done and instead of going to my usual place on St-Jean, I decided to check out this place. Waxing and threading wasn't advertised on the door but I took a chance and went in. I'm so glad I did as they do both! While I was getting my eyebrows done, Thalia mentioned that I should also do my nails! Broken nails, outgrown gel...They were a hot mess! So I got that done too! Fatima did my nails! She was so sweet! As a FTM who hadn't had some "me time" since November, I'm so glad to now have a one-stop beauty & spa shop so close to home! It feels very nice and cozy inside. I will definitely be back!

My absolute favourite and go-to place to get my nails done, I refuse to go elsewhere!! Shoutout to Thalia and her sister, they’re both so friendly and absolutely EXCELLENT! Thalia was recommended to me by my sister, and is always super precise and talented at creating any look I bring to her! They're very professional, and the spa is clean and relaxing with good music and a good atmosphere. Highly recommend!

We had an absolutely delightful experience getting manicures and pedicures as a whole family. The staff was incredibly attentive and made us all feel pampered. The atmosphere was relaxing and inviting, perfect for a family outing. Our nails look fantastic, and it was wonderful to spend quality time together in such a luxurious setting. Highly recommend for a family treat.
