Burning Springs Spa

Me and my husband had ended visiting the spa. We didn't even know the spa was here so I made a last minute booking I dealt with the manager Leslie who was extremely helpful and helped me figure out what would be best for us. She was so accommodating and friendly that we ended up with a full couples package plus the Oasis thermal experience. We didn't have swim suits on us but we were able to buy some which was super convenient! Our massages were incredible and our facials were so relaxing (never had one before now I'm hooked) The Oasis room was the perfect way to finish our visits! The pools and saunas were tranquil and we could have stayed there all day!! Our package came with wine and fruit! So delicious! We loved it there and will return whenever possible!

I went for a couple of spa services and I was very impressed! It's very warm and welcoming which most importantly includes the staff. They are so kind and lovely. I was greeted by a manager names Leslie and she was one of the nicest and sincerest people that I have encountered. I was greeted with a warm embrace. The services were fantastic! I got 2 massage services and I was very impressed. The atmosphere is gentle and relaxing, and the spa is clean and professional. Highly recommend Leslie and her staff for anyone looking to get away to a nice spa and be treated second to none!!

What a great experience. I wanted to treat my mom and boyfriend to a service and use of the thermal pools. We were greeted by the spa manager Leslie. She was so welcoming and pleasant! We all loved our treatments! When it came time to use the pools and saunas Leslie showed us around and explained each little piece of paradise! We will be back next month.
