Wife n I enjoyed a couple of steaks preceded by tomato basil soup n fried pepperoni. All was delicious. Mashed potatoes were light n tasty. Fried onions done perfectly. Been awhile since we’ve been here. Great to be back! Service was prompt n our server was very friendly. She knew her stuff. Go n enjoy.

The food was so good! The atmosphere wS electric! The bar was full of parents of hockey players in town from Quebec celebrating....our waitress was very busy but made us feel like we were her priority! Highly recommend.

Walked 10mins from a nearby hotel. Excellent service, great food of a typical sports bar variety. The burgers were a hit! Lovely local atmosphere, other tables were celebrating Birthdays. Seems like a fun, family local joint. A real treat as a visitor. Everyone was so welcoming, our server was so sweet.

MONTANA'S BBQ & BAR REVIEWS

Went out for sister lunch today and everything was fantastic. Our amazing server Tara explained the daily specials and told us about a promotion going on so we got to try new foods outside our regular orders. Tara was attentive and so friendly to us, and wonderfully patient when I was having issues with my loyalty card. We had lots of great laughs and thoroughly enjoyed our experience! Shout out to Tara for her fantastic service and personality - what an asset to the great team at Montanas Sydney.

We were at the Sydney, Nova Scotia location at 31 Reeves Street. Our server, Tara, was outstanding and friendly. She made us feel comfortable and we had a couple of laughs. The food was also scrumptious and the portion was perfect. We’ll definitely be back in the very near future. Thanks Tara & the rest of the gang at Montana’s.

As always the service was amazing! The food was amazing!! This Montana's has an amazing team! I have never had such a great experience at any other location.

What a surprise find! The food here was excellent! The fish and chips were the best we had had anywhere during our trip to the Maritimes. And the blueberry dessert was amazing. Great value. Definitely worth a stop to eat even if you’re not golfing. Service was excellent too.

This place is delicious!! I had an amazing seafood pasta and it was phenomenal. I'm from Ontario but if I ever come back to Nova Scotia I would definitely come back.

Food and service were great. We started out on the patio and enjoyed a spectacular sunset view. We then moved inside to enjoy our dinner. The steak, mac and cheese burger, and taco plate were all amazing, as was the service.
