3 Best Steakhouses in Newmarket, ON

We went to Moxie‘s in Newmarket to celebrate a birthday. We had never been there. We ordered drinks to begin with, and my daughter found that the drink she ordered just didn’t quite meet her expectations. We spoke to the server regarding this along with the Martini, I had did not have any olives. The server did not charge us for my daughters drink. That was very nice of her. Two of my daughters shared a plate and the kitchen staff divided up the plate and brought it to the table. That was very good of them. Normally you would only get one plate and you have to divide it up yourself. My wife and I both had the sirloin steak, and it was cooked to perfection, medium rare. We opted for the green salad to accompany the steak along with mashed potatoes. They were both delicious as well. Very nice place to have dinner.

The truffle Parm fries were a delightful starter. Mojitos/old fashioned were perfect. The ribeye was perfect, the potatoes rivaled thanksgiving dinner quality, the asparagus cooked and seasoned properly (most over season and over cook so you can't even taste it) Server was very well informed, and provided excellent service. Love this place I strongly recommend the patio.

What an incredible experience we had! Not only was the food amazing, but the service was outstanding as well. The atmosphere of the place was cozy and inviting. Our order consisted of chicken Alfredo, nachos, and a burger, and every dish was delicious and made with fresh ingredients. The burger, in particular, was incredibly tasty. Additionally, I decided to order a pizza from the kids menu for my little one, and it came in a medium size. We were so impressed with everything that we will definitely be returning in the future.

Had the soft pretzel and queso with chips. Good portion sizes and easily sharable between 2 people. Complimentary chips and salsa were brought out to the table as we were seated. These small touches in this economy are always nice. Food was brought out quickly and hot. Our server was very pleasant. We sat in the bar as we were there to watch the football and staff accommodated our request to change the tv channels.

Lovely! Stirling was great - kind and courteous, she checked in on us during the entire meal. Excellent service. Drinks were amazing and tortilla chips were served warm. I had the double bacon BBQ burger with fries - fries were perfect.

Had a great dinner with my family. Great service and delicious food. My kids loved the burgers. The Nashville chicken sandwich and steak fajitas were delicious. They come with home made flour tortillas, so good! The draft beer was cold and got free chips and salsa! Excellent service. Will definitively come back.
