A lively but relaxed atmosphere is exactly what we needed for dinner after a long day. We ordered MAF and cheese and burger le grand diable. I completely forgot to take a picture of the MAF and cheese because it just looked and smelled so good!! Diable was juicy and flavorful. We will definitely come back.

Bilingual service, quick and kind! At first I was caught off guard by the prices of the entrées vs. the prices of the main meals but once we received them, WOW. The prices were accurate for the portions! You will not leave this place hungry. Highly recommend the Richards Onion Soup as an entrée.

Dinner was fantastic. Our waiter was great very helpful. We had the garlic bread au grautin to start which was delicious. I had the salad with Ahi tuna. The tuna was cooked perfectly. My partner had the chicken with mushroom sauce and he said his was delicious too. I highly recommend.

BRASSERIE SEIGNEURIE REVIEWS

Hubby is really picky about his steak. He loves his steak well done. Unfortunately, this often leads to really dry steaks. When he ordered a well-done steak, I have to admit that I was a bit apprehensive. Well, I was worried for nothing. Hubby absolutely loved his steak!! Kudos to the chef!!! We both enjoyed our steaks (mine was medium). They were juicy and mouth-watering. The veggies were perfect! We cannot sing enough praises about Brassiere Seigneurie.

We are on a quick turn up here in Sherbrooke QC and it was a spontaneous decision to go here. We didn’t know what to expect when we walked into this place. It was very noisy and busy for a weekday evening. We didn’t have to wait for a table. Our waitress spoke very broken English and didn’t understand us very well either but we all worked out what we wanted. The food was top notch (all of it) and amazing. The service was spot on. Highly recommend this place.

Very busy night but service was still very good. Food was excellent and portions were large. We all brought home our leftovers which was about half of everything. Love the place and will go back again. And again. And again.

We went for a friend's birthday, our server was very friendly and helpful. Our steaks were all cooked to perfection, and the price was excellent. The place was packed when we got there at 6:30.

Great food, great service! Only downside is the music genre seemed to change constantly, it was a bit confusing for the atmosphere. Will definitely come here again. Loved it.

Food, atmosphere, and service--all 5 stars. We were served by the owner who was friendly (and bilingual); she informed us right away that they didn't sell alcohol (BYO only). We indulged in food instead; we tried the soup of the day, fish & chips, and steak frites, topped off with coffee and lemon meringue cheesecake... everything was phenomenal. Very tasty tartar sauce and aioli served with the fish & chips. Everything was fresh and made in house; you could tell. The restaurant was completely packed and every person in there was having a great time. Very trendy and cozy environment with rustic wood tables and modern light fixtures. Highly efficient (and clearly well-trained) staff came by frequently. I would definitely return (and bring a bottle of wine next time!). Thanks for a great meal and great dining experience.
