Very positive experience from start to finish. Reservation process over the phone was simple and efficient. Was able to find a unit that was suitable for our needs at the Depotium in Brossard. The day of finalizing the contract and taking possession of the unit, Xavier and Patrick were amazing. Thanks guys! Very thorough and helpful making for a quick and positive. The building and unit are very clean, safe and access is very easy, would definitely recommend Depotium Brossard!!.

Great experience renting here. There was a minor concern with a water leak that they contacted me about immediately and arranged a backup locker to move my belongings at my convenience. Very expeditious communicators both at time of rental and thereafter. Amazing service from the staff on site when it came to showing how everything worked in the beginning as well as continued support. Thank you.

Staff was friendly and efficient. Good selection of boxes and supplies. Unit as described. Elevator, doors, gate and lighting functioned properly. At least one cart works perfectly. At least one needs replacing. Washroom was clean and functional. Pricing was similar to other facilities in the area. Location was convenient for me and easy to access. Cancellation was easy and only required one phone call.

Amazing customer service, both women we worked with were super helpful and nice. And when we needed to change room for a smaller fee, we were helped and showed our options. So we used two rooms and both were perfectly adequate.

I had the pleasure of using public storage. Very clean, safe and secured facility, amazing friendly professional service at all times. I highly recommend them.

Unlike some other places I've used before, they were always available during their stated opening hours, which made managing my storage needs hassle-free. Overall, I highly recommend this StorageMart for their excellent customer service and reliability.

The staff is fantastic here. Mohamed was great, from the first time I came in and set up my storage, and every time I came in. Very helpful and always professional and courteous. The storage unit is very secure and an excellent place to store your stuff.
