Wonderful experience right from reserving a unit. Brian was lovely and made a “stale” sales transaction funny and personal. Paul was lovely in ensuring that I had all the information I needed the day before. The unit is perfect, clean and well maintained. Jessica was lovely and helped us get the lock. For a corporation I was blown away with how personalized and easy this transaction was.

Great service and very friendly staff kudos to Jessica for helping me out! Only thing I’d recommend is switching to a proper 30-day billing cycle. 28 days is weird.

Service is phenomenal. Friendly and willing to help with any issues. Facility is clean and secure.

STORAGE MART LONDON REVIEWS

Storage Mart has very clean facilities and we appreciate their service. We kept belongings there from November 20 - June 21and everything is still in perfect condition. We had a temperature-controlled unit and winter or summer it’s been a perfect temp. They were helpful with any questions we had and even contacted me once to say the lock had been put in the wrong spot and they were concerned that our property might not be secured. Thanks for that! We would absolutely use them again.

This is the second time renting a unit from StorageMart and high marks again. Love the location (but no deals because of the popularity). The staff is so friendly and very helpful, and thoroughly explained everything. The unit is spotless! After my move is completed, I will transition to a very small unit to house rarely used and seasonal items to keep my home clutter-free. The price is right for that convenience. The only negative is the move-in month free insurance offer. I move on May 30, so get 2 days free. D'oh!

This was my first time renting a storage unit from storage mart @ 556 wonderland rd and I was very pleased with the experience! The staff were always very helpful & friendly and answered all my questions. The unit I received was very clean and had climate control. Would definitely recommend this company.

Clean facility that looks pretty new. No signs of pests around my unit. The gentleman in the office, Peter, was so helpful in getting me settled into my unit and making sure I had everything I needed, even though I showed up 10 mins before the office closed on a Saturday. I recommend this storage facility.

This is a wonderful self storage place! Hailey is the one who made everything go smooth process. I could get a 50% discount for the first month. I recommend this Migson public storage place.

Excellent customer service very helpful, great place and units are very clean.
