Migson Public Storage

Very pleased with how welcome we felt when we came in on a Saturday (no appointment) inquiring about a storage unit. We were shown the two size options that were suitable for us - both were clean, dry and didn't have any odour of staleness. (Our past experience at a different facility was so much different.) The facility looks like its maintained regularly for cleanliness and the interaction we had with John was great. I'd like to think that translates into management caring about the staff and providing the type of customer service that is consistent for all interactions & not just upon first visit. Well done Migson.

Renting a storage unit at Migson Storage was really easy and accessible. I'm a student and only need storage for the summer and Melanie was really nice in helping me get set up and in explaining everything. Being able to access my unit was super easy.

Visited my storage unit for the first time yesterday and the staff was very helpful directly me to my unit. I had to buy a lock and the price was reasonable as was the the charge for the rental unit. It is clean well organized facility secure facility.
