I highly recommend to anyone considering doing their taxes to go here. The receptionist was kind enough to fit me into their busy schedule to make sure I was taken care of . I met with a lady named Cindy who made my experience of doing taxes for the first time ,fun , easy , and liberating . She took the time to ensure everything was organized ,accurate, and accounted for. Her professionalism and mannerisms really made me smile and think ,” I can’t wait to come back again next year “. I just had my taxes done by Cindy at liberty tax in orangeville. She was incredibly supportive and sensitive to my current situation. As a recently single mom who had never done her own taxes before Cindy took extra care in making sure everything was done properly for me. All while explaining it to me so that I was able to understand the processes. Communication and timeliness were both excellent. Great team work and collaboration with other staff at Liberty to ensure that I was getting my maximum return this year. I very much appreciated the kindness.

My Tax expert Heather was amazing. I was actually notified by her that my 2009/2010 taxes had not been filed which surprised me because I had them done. The person, company who did them did not bother to file them after completing them and were paid.. So she was able to do those for me as well. Amazing person, look forward to doing my taxes with her again next year.Thanks again! Very trustworthy.

I had some tax issues and Heather has gone above and beyond to assist me to a great end result. Being Australian and in Australia the time difference and currency was a little bit of an issue however Heather and the H&R Block team were so incredibly helpful, understanding and amazing! Definitely recommend anyone go here if you want great personal service.
