I had the pleasure of dealing with Sandy Tsang. She was very helpful, friendly and knowledgable. I made many stops without an appointment into this location with papers and/or questions and was helped quickly and efficiently every time. They were very good at keeping in touch with me with regards to the things I needed to bring in or do for my tax preparations. The staff at reception was also very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this location.

All of them are nice and friendly staff! I made no appointment and was still able to drop off my papers and get my shopping done in the amount of time I had to wait but they're so quick! I highly recommend Lisa Wang as she's very knowledgeable and informative about taxes, she helped me understand how much I could save up for next time, AND she helped me figure out my MSP premiums, which no one ever told me about, i've been overpaying them this whole time (for over 5 yrs)! I've saved a lot of money coming here :) They never rush you and they take time to answer all of my questions. Thank you so much for helping me!!
