Been here many times and I always get the same thing which is their PANANG curry salmon and it tastes amazing. My first time having it the skin was nice and crispy and the curry poured of the perfectly cooked salmon was very delicious. A bowl of the rice is good to eat with the curry and their brocolli makes for a perfect side to the dish. I recommend this place for good Thai food. I’ve tried their pad Thai and it was yummy as well.

Food is very good and place is surprisingly nice from inside. Nicely Designed! Little pricey but you get lots of food for the price that you pay which is nice. Customer service is good as well. Must try... Good spot.

I've always had the good experience here. Staff is nice. Food is quick to come out and it is delicious. Surprised I saw negative reviews. I would repeat my visits in a heartbeat.

Amazing food and service!! The staff were really friendly and patient - especially with how busy it was for a Saturday night. Definitely would recommend booking reservations on a weekend - the entrance was crowded with people waiting to be seated.

Lovely Thai place in Richmond Hill, so glad we now have good option without having to travel downtown. We loved everything we ordered.. the app platter was amazing. The beef rib curry was so tender and melted in my mouth. Drunken noodle was another highlight! On top of all, excellent service from Thai! Super friendly and attentive. We had a great night.

Both the food and service were good. The food portions are big so would recommend doing family style if you're not big eaters. Had the appetizer platter which was a great way to have a bit of everything. For mains, we had the Lamb Shank Massaman Curry, Khao Soi, Panang and the Mango Coconut Sticky Rice for dessert. Only feedback would be the music as it was a little too loud to have have a proper conversation.

We ordered from General Thai to cater for my son's first birthday party. Tina and her staff were so helpful, and made everything so easy for us. The food tasted amazing and guests were asking where we ordered the food from. I was happy to recommend General Thai. We will be happy returning customers! Thank you Tina and staff at General Thai!

This place is underrated. It’s a little restaurant hiding in a random plaza. Portions are crazy packed so you would expect tasteless food but every bite is delicious! I love the shrimp Pad Thai and curry chicken. But you really can’t go wrong with anything

We always order in. Never disappointed. Food is consistently excellent. Never had a bad dish. Portions are quite large. We are 3 people and there’s always leftovers. We order pad thai, vegetable fried rice, general tso chicken, eggplant in garlic sauce, and spring rolls. Can’t say enough great things about this place. My family loves it.
