I am so appreciative of every single person that works at the Prince George Urgent and Primary Care Centre. They have been incredibly thorough, efficient, understanding and have taken incredible care of me. The team of Dr's and nurses are professional, knowledgeable and kind. I almost went to emergency 2 weeks ago and am thankful that I went to Urgent Care instead. They immediately put me on IV therapy. From there they had a team discussing my condition, put in requests blood work and exams along with daily IV therapy. I am finally starting to feel better. This would not have been possible without the team at Urgent Care. I am forever grateful to the entire staff!

My kids and I have had great care at this clinic. Sometimes it’s busy and we adjust our expectations based on that. We’ve never had substandard care. I’m grateful that there’s a clinic open in the afternoon and evening as it’s the time that’s easiest for us.

While sometimes the waits are long, when you check in they inform you of the approximate length of time and you have the option of waiting there or leaving and coming . The Dr have always been pleasant qnd helpful everytime I have used this clinic.
