Louanne interviewed me for Shop Talk earlier this year. I am usually uncomfortable speaking in public but she provided excellent guidance on how to prepare and made the experience so comfortable and easy, and she expertly edited out all of my mistakes. I've enjoyed getting to Louanne. She's been such an encouragement through the early days of my business. I have posted my Shop Talk interview on my business's website and customers are really engaging with it.
