Weatherwood Events, under the management and ownership of Kim Friesen is the best company in Southern Alberta period. Kim coordinates with clients, caterers and venues to make each of her events absolutely perfect.She pays attention to detail and is an exceptional communicator. The most recent event I had the pleasure of working with Kim was a 50th Anniversary corporate dinner event involving more than 200 local and international guests in the company parking lot. This event involved arranging tents, tables, chairs, linen, podium, sound system, audio visual equipment, decorations, catering, set up and tear down. Under her guidance even under windy conditions Kim handled this event flawlessly. She is professional and I would highly recommend Weatherwood Events to anyone looking for an Event Planner.

Kim at Weatherwood Events was amazing! She helped us plan our perfect COVID wedding! We thought that our wedding was going to have to be postponed, but then Kim came to save the day! She helped give us the most amazing quarantine wedding that we could have hoped for. She was so friendly and professional. It was like we had known her for years. She went above and beyond to help made our day perfect! I would HIGHLY recommend Kim! She will make all your wedding dreams come true!!
