We recently had 2 windows installed by Altitude. The whole experience exceeded our expectation. They were meticulous at the installation, courtesy and professionalism. We will not hesitate to use them next time we require more windows replaced.

Excellent service du début jusqu'à la fin du projet de changement d'une porte sur notre terrasse. Notre conseiller Daniel Dumas à été très professionnel et à répondu à toutes nos attentes tour en prenant bien soin que la soumission soit la plus transparente possible. Coté administratif, Stéphanie a toujours répondu à nos questions et était facilement accessible. L'équipe qui a réalisé les travaux était très expérimentée et a fait un travail parfait malgré les contraintes de travailler au 4eme étage. Le prix final était comme celui annoncé au début, pas de mauvaise surprise à la fin. Nous recommanderions sans aucune hésitation Fenplast à nos amis et nous referions encore affaire avec eux les yeux fermés. Merci à toute l'équipe !.
