DAMA YOGA - Studio chaleureux, invitant, positif et tellement propre! Je profite finalement de l'instant présent à travers les pratiques de Dama 60, de Dama Flow et de Yin. Les professeurs(es) sont tellement compétents(es), et à l'écoute. Ils sont toujours là pour nous aider à progresser dans notre cheminement. La musique douce et originale nous accompagne et nous laisse nous investir complètement dans notre pratique. Vive Dama Yoga. Le MEILLEUR STUDIO! #DAMALIFE.

Just wow. Great, calming, accepting experience. Friendly staff aswell as friendly helpful fellow class go-ers.

The studio is superb, very clean. All of the staff is welcoming and polite. On the other hand be warned it is hot yoga you will sweat.

C’était mon tout premier cours de yoga J’ai adoré le anti stress avec l’enseignante Marié-Chantal qui avait de si bon mot et une grande douceur . J’en suis ressortie avec beaucoup moins d’anxiété. La salle est tellement zen et que dire de l’attention de la serviette froide à l’eucalyptus à la fin .

Première fois au centre de Longueuil hier et je tiens à remercier l'accueil sympathique d'Ève ainsi que son écoute. J'ai très hâte de débuter mes cours. Un gros merci d'avoir pris le temps de tout m'expliquer et même d'installer l'application mindbody sur mon cellulaire. À très bientôt!.

Très propre, personnel accueillant, choix diversifié de fournitures de yoga, stationnement intérieur chauffé, un gros wow pour moi!.

The yoga classes are great. Cynthia's class on Tuesday evenings is really suitable for all levels, I can progress with each class.

L'endroit est superbe, le stationnement facile et l'ambiance accueillante. Excellents cours de yoga.
