Je viens tout juste de revenir de mon rendez-vous et WOOWW ! Je suis conquise ! J’ai été cliente depuis toujours chez une lunetterie 2 pour 1 bien connue (pour ne pas la nommer) et lors de ma dernière visite à cette dite lunetterie, j’étais abasourdie de constater que ma nouvelle prescription s’élevait à plus de 800$… (en plus d’avoir reçu un service qui laissait à désirer) Un de mes amis m’a alors conseiller d’aller rendre visite à M.Lunettes. J’ai d’abord demandé une estimation gratuite sur leur site Internet et j’ai reçu une réponse détaillée très rapidement. J’ai pu voir que leurs prix sont extrêmement compétitif et j’ai tout de suite pris rendez-vous. Le rendez-vous s’est très bien passé: l’employée sur place était très aimable, elle m’a tout très bien expliqué et a pris le temps de m’aider à choisir une paire qui me fait très bien (j’ai d’ailleurs été agréablement surprise par la taille de leur inventaire!). Le tout a duré 15 minutes. Et j’ai sauvé plus de 500$ !!!! C’est fini pour moi les autres lunetterie, je ferai désormais toujours affaire avec eux ! Merci encore.

Cette année ma femme, moi et ma fille devions changer de lunette. Nous avons donc rendu visite chez Monsieur Lunettes. Wow une si belle découverte. Un service simple un choix plus grand que nous pensions et une efficacité irréprochable. Le prix fixe pour un montant a environ -60% du prix dans les boutiques que nous voyons avec publicité. Première fois que j’ai des lunettes aussi bien et aussi économique. Merci.

Ayant une prescription de "taupe finie" mes lunettes m'auraient couté plus de 1200$ ailleurs que chez Monsieur Lunettes. Je m'en suis tiré avec une facture de moins de 600$ avec des verres fumés ET surtout une qualité de service inégalée! Je recommande à tous cet opticien digne de mention sans aucune hésitation et avec grand plaisir! Satisfaction.

Pour ma part j ai trouvé le service un peu expeditif, pas très à l écoute du client et la qualité des lentilles a bon prix comme on dit mais mauvaise qualité évidemment. De plus je ne me sentais pas à l.aise avec ma nouvelle prescription et après vérification auprès d un autre optometriste j avais l droit de revoir l optometriste mais on ne me l a jamais offert!! Donc j ai repayee et été ailleurs.

Très bon service ils sont professionnels personnel tres accueillant sans aucune pression d'achat, je vous recommande le lunettier chemin chambly sa vaut le détour.

Première paire de lunettes pour moi, j'ai été super bien conseillée et servi ! Je recommande.

A very attentive service where we take all the time necessary to support us, advise us wisely, and answer all our questions with a smile in a friendly and warm atmosphere. It is always a great pleasure to receive services from this very professional team (thank you Ginette!). And what a pleasure to receive wonderful compliments on the choice of our frames! We definitely recommend this establishment.

After several disappointing calls to other optometrists for general info., I was pleasantly surprised by the accommodating telephone service at this establishment. Although it is somewhat far from home, I will make an appointment. Good service deserves our hard-earned dollars.
