They are now offering classes in their two rooms simultaneously, providing various styles of yoga in a regular room or one heated to 37.5 degrees. This setup increases concentration and provides better physical endurance. You can bring your yoga mat, a large towel, and a smaller towel to dry off. If you don't have any of these items, they will lend you a mat and rent you a towel. The studio offers various workshops and events.”
