“Studio Bhuta Yoga discovers the art of yoga through a practice that allows you to acquire energy, flexibility, and well-being. Jean-Louis Hardy-Moreau is the studio owner. They are now offering classes in their two rooms simultaneously, providing various styles of yoga in a regular room or one heated to 37.5 degrees. This setup increases concentration and provides better physical endurance. You can bring your yoga mat, a large towel, and a smaller towel to dry off. If you don't have any of these items, they will lend you a mat and rent you a towel. The studio offers various workshops and events.

2025 Update: Jean-Louis Hardy-Moreau is the co-founder and owner of the studio. The studio now offers classes in both of their rooms at the same time. Private lessons are also available.”

Superbe studio de yoga apaisant. Éventail d'offre de classes et de sessions plus que raisonnable. J'aime vraiment beaucoup cet endroit, je le recommende chaleureusement! Peu d'endroit peuvent s'enorgueillir d'avoir à coeur tant la paix intérieure de ses membres que de savoir sa clientèle satisfaite. Cela inspire le respect.

J'en serai à mon 2ieme cours ce soir et je suis déjà charmée! Endroit reposant, accueil chaleureux et le site de réservation/horaire en ligne est très facile d'utilisation bravo! .

Je me suis inscrite au cours de yoga thérapeutique avec Catherine Nehme. Ce fut la meilleure décision que j'ai prise pendant ce confinement. Trois fois semaine , j améliore ma condition physique et je garde un bon moral et ce, bien installée dans mon salon. Je suggère ce cours à ceux et celles qui ne sont pas actifs pendant cette période mais qui désirent prendre soin de leur corps et de leur esprit. Reply

Très beau studio! J’allais à Mascouche avant donc je savais que le nouveau studio d’Alex et Rosie serait super Le personnel est hyper gentil aussi. Le cours que j’ai pris était un peu difficile pour moi mais jamais je ne me suis sentie mal à l’aise d’aller à mon rythme ou de prendre des pauses. Merci tellement, je vais venir essayer d’autres cours bientôt! .

Chaleureux et reconfortant . Un endroit qui ne laisse pas indifferent. Cours variés, prof competents, personnel agreable, lieu propre... Tout y est! Même le thé.

Great place: clean and very welcoming staff! Shout out to Camille's classes: always a great challenge!.
