I visited this studio on the weekend for a class with the owner (Lisa) and it was fantastic! The space is beautiful and immediately felt welcoming. The vinyasa sequence was challenging and I loved all the modifications offered so I could go further or scale back when I needed to. Overall a great experience!
This is my favourite yoga studio ever with amazing instructors and a great space. Lisa is super talented, professional and very friendly. Great vibes at Eight Limbs all the time. I highly recommend this studio to anyone who is ready to be kind to their body and mind. It is my happy place.
Beautiful welcoming space. Knowledgeable and friendly teachers. Wide variety of classes offered including Hatha yoga, Vinyasa yoga, Yin yoga, Ashtanga yoga, Core, Happy Hips and restorative yoga. Highly recommend
