Finally I have great things yo say, not good but great, the most wonderful staff here, I signed on with Steve Zambrano and since then I have not looked back. Although Steve is gone I still have amazing service, advice, and concern from Chris , and also the ladies I have emailed from time to time. Always kind, always helpful and never trying to sell me what I don't need, and always assuring me of what I do need. I was miserable for 35 in another company, I'm sorry I waited so long, I have true happiness with this group and I am grateful.

Knowledgeable and experienced. I needed insurance for my new condo and wanted to work with an experienced and knowledgeable insurance broker who I could trust. Joshua Rebboh fit the bill. My situation was not straight forward but Joshua was patient in answering all of my questions and addressing my concerns. He is knowledgeable and experienced, researching all available options to provide me with the best solution to meet my insurance needs in a timely manner. I am really happy and satisfied with the service that Joshua provided and I would definitely recommend him to others looking to buy home insurance.

My experience with Alexander was wonderful. He was responsive, timely and informed. All around a great customer service experience with no frustration!! He is a shining 5 stars!
