Prompt service call. The plumber understood the issue and was able to locate the problem. We have a well and It turned out to be that a part of the motor had to be replaced. A new part was installed and we can now shower without loosing water part way through. We were pleased with the results. A big thank you to the plumber. I used Black Forest Plumbing for the first time yesterday. Nick and Kofi arrived exactly as scheduled, and despite being confronted with a rather unpleasant job, were very professional and cooperative, as well as being very pleasant to deal with. Based on this experience I will be using Black Forest for all my plumbing needs from now on.

Great service , Josh came to my house very professional , on time and found the problem quick and got it fixed right away. Josh is a very nice guy recommended something to buy so it doesn’t happen again. He’s very clean and polite.
