One of the best things I appreciated about working with Luke was once that we met and I explained the business requirements for our website (which were a little complex), he went away and brainstormed a great solution for us. He also engaged with vendors for the plugins we were using on our behalf and put in a ton of work to meet those requirements! Definitely recommend using Shift.
