Their promise of unlimited design revisions paid off for us as we changed our minds several times, but they were patient with our requests and we love our website. The build phase was excellent as well. The system that was custom built for us is perfect for our unusual eCommerce needs. The website flows nicely for our customers, and just as importantly, the admin side is seamless for us to use. Symetric maintains my site for nearly 3 years, hosts it the past 2. Great experience - prompt, attentive, detail oriented, look after security, site certificates, and some https application deployment from the site.
