The Rex has by far been the most incredible place we have lived. We were so welcomed by the Rex staff who did everything they could to make our move in as seamless as possible. The units are well laid out, lots of storage, and beautiful and spacious in their design. It is such a peaceful, safe and quiet complex with an amazing assortment of amenities that are close by.

I’ve had a great experience with the management team at The Rex. They’re responsive, professional, and genuinely care about residents. Justin, in particular, has been fantastic always friendly, helpful, and quick to address any concerns. It’s clear the team works hard to keep the building running smoothly and maintain a positive living environment. Highly recommend.

A wonderful place to stay. Excellent facilities and service from the Resident Services team, especially Justin. Move-in and move-out went smoothly thanks to their help. I highly recommend.

MIDTOWN CLUB SUITES REVIEWS

Bright, clean, and meticulously maintained. Professional on-site managers. Walking distance to shopping, gas stations, and restaurants as well as Abbotsford Centre via the pedestrian overpass. One, two, or three bedrooms. In-Suite laundry... and dishwasher!! Commuter 2 minutes to the freeway! On-site activity room with fitness equipment. Private courtyard with beautifully landscaped lawns and gardens. Expansive undercover parking. Clean, quiet, and comfortable.

I only have great things to say about the building and Jennifer and Roger who work in the office! The building and the common areas were always well kept, and I always felt welcome to contact Jennifer or Roger about any questions or concerns I had. Overall I had an excellent experience at Midtown and would recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in the area.

The best renting experience I've had. Not only do Jennifer and Roger make the whole process easy and pleasant, but the apartments themselves are new and clean. Can't recommend enough.

Vivre à Delair Court ces deux dernières années a été une expérience locative formidable. Diane est extrêmement gentille et veille à ce que l'immeuble soit toujours bien entretenu et que les parties communes soient impeccables ! Un endroit où il fait bon vivre, je le recommande vivement.

Mon mari et moi vivons ici depuis quelques années et c'est formidable ! Notre gestionnaire d'immeuble, Diane, a été formidable et, de manière générale, une personne formidable. Elle a toujours été extrêmement réactive et bienveillante face à nos questions ou préoccupations. Si vous cherchez une location, c'est sans aucun doute l'endroit idéal. Tout est parfaitement entretenu et propre.

Ma famille et moi vivons ici depuis plus d'un an maintenant et nous l'adorons ! L'immeuble est très bien entretenu, à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. Les autres locataires sont très sympathiques, et Diane, la gérante, est très accueillante et gentille. C'est de loin la meilleure gérante que nous ayons jamais eue ! Je recommande vivement cet endroit à tous, surtout aux familles.
