I have rented an apartment at Midtown Club Suites for seven months now. The management of Jennifer and Roger are very professional and the property is fantastic. The interiors and exteriors of the buildings are always clean. Previously, I rented an apartment in Langley four years ago owned by the same company. Jennifer was the manager of that building and was amazing. She was the main reason why I wanted to live in Midtown Club Suites. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone wanting quality living standards and superior service.
Midtown is amazing!! I lived in two different suites here in a combined total of about 2.5 years, and I have nothing bad to say. Jennifer & Roger, the leasing and maintenance managers, respectively, are both so wonderful. Jennifer made everything super clear and easy, both when moving in and moving out. She was so helpful all the way through my time here and made sure to answer all of my questions as quickly and clearly as possible. If I had any maintenance issues or requests, they were always dealt with super quickly, even on the same day. The building is really well maintained & so are the suites. It feels very safe and clean. The underground parking is very spacious and easy to get in and out of. If you're looking for somewhere to rent in Central Abbotsford, definitely rent here!
Midtown Suites is a great place to live. Good apparments with huge windows and a lot of sunlight. Jennifer, who is the Chief Leasing Officer is great. She is extremely helpful. She was kind enough to show us the apparment over a video call and also come to hand us the key over a weekend. I can't be more thankful to her.

I have lived here in one of the townhouse units 2015 The grounds are absolutely beautiful with the maintenance crew always making it kept up and clean. I look out my patio and there is a large cherry blossom tree. I consider myself as one of the lucky ones to live in such a great place. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else I have no plans to ever leave here.
I have been living here for over 2 years, the management team, Jason, and Brandon manage the complex extremely well. I am a very satisfied tenant.
We've lived here 6.5 years and have no interest in moving. It's the first rental home we have ever had, as previously we have always owned. It's extremely well maintained and cared for daily. It's peaceful with great helpful and friendly management.

WELLESLEY MANOR REVIEWS
We lived here for 2 years and are very thankful for Dave's management of the building. Affordable units with nice upgrades, great for first time renters. Relatively quiet building with a nice walking path leading to mccallum junction.
Great place to just chill in the parking lots plus people throw out so much in the dumpsters from clothes shoes,to flat screen jewelry etc. if your passing by these apartments on McCallum be sure to give the front and back dumpsters a look.
Been living here for 12 years and gotta say I still love this place and will miss it when I'm gone.
