HALLMARK ON THE PARK REVIEWS

My brother and I recently moved our Mom into Hallmark on the Park. As we do not live in Abbotsford (one in Ontario and the other in Alberta), and to avoid alot of travel, Hallmark assisted us with the entire process via phone and email. They were always attentive and quickly responded to any questions or concerns we may have. The entire process from applying to move in went seamlessly. This home offers all the needs we wanted to be sure she was safe and enjoyed her remaining years. The staff and other residents go over and above to make the new residents feel welcome. Mom has fit into her new residence without a hitch and loves it. Hallmark offers nicely appointed bright suites, beautiful dining facility and all the amenities you could ask for. Highly recommend as a residence for your loved one.

My mama just moved in to this facility. Super nice and helpful staff who know and do their jobs well...extremely friendly, kind, caring, and accomodating. Great food and adorable decor and village-like environment in a peaceful setting on a little lake with walking trails. We already love this place and especially the people! I would move in myself if I could.

It was a very nice facility. Clean. They treat all the residents nicely.

I moved my loved ones in over the past month and the staff here are just amazing! A huge shout out to Joanna H for all her support and answering questions, to Ashley (food services manager) and Jovy (home support)! Everyone we've met who lives here raves about how fantastic it is. I feel secure in our choice with Ceaderbrooke.

I was invited for lunch today and they treated us to make your own bowel/salad! Wow, the food was so amazing, we had so many options, from roasted vegetables to chicken, eggs, edamame, to shrimp! They even had homemade dressing!!! It was one of the best lunches I’ve ever had! Thank you so much.

My sister and I have recently moved our mother into Cedarbrooke independent living residence. I cannot say enough good things about the staff in general and Joanna in particular. Our situation was a little bit complicated and Joanna made what could have been a very stressful transition smooth and she was exceptionally accommodating to my mom’s situation. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cedarbrooke to any other family looking for a home for their aging parent.
