A significant highlight of my stay has been the exceptional staff, particularly Hellen and Ellen. Hellen is always approachable and handles any issues promptly and efficiently. Her warm demeanor and proactive approach make residents feel valued and cared for. Ellen, on the other hand, brings a cheerful and positive energy to the building. She is always willing to go the extra mile to assist residents, whether it's with maintenance requests or general inquiries.

I have been living here for just over a year and the Superintendents are amazing! Ellen, Chris , Helen and Tom do an amazing job In keeping the facilities tidy and clean . They are always easy to talk to and appreciate all their help and assistance when needed . Ellen was especially helpful recently , she went above and beyond expectations when I needed help , and is truly appreciated Great location for me with easy access to many amenities.

We have been tenants in this location approaching 4 years. The staff have always been professional, efficient and courteous. The building is kept clean,safe, and problem free. The location works out perfectly for our needs. Upgrades to the building, parking lot and suites makes Edgehill a great place to live. Hats off to the team-Ellen,Helen,Tom, and Chris. They are always here to help when needed.Thumbs up guys and gals.

TAMARACK WOODS TOWNHOUSES REVIEWS

We have lived in Tamarack Woods for 10 years now, and have watched the place go from a run down drug complex to a very family friendly complex in the last 2 years. The property management have cleaned up the outside, host bbqs and other yearly events, they are all very pleasant. If there is a problem inside the unit they are quick to respond. 10 years ago, I would not recommend living here, today, I highly recommend it.

We moved to Tamarack Woods just over 2 years ago. We feel a sense of community and have met wonderful people here. The managers, Dawn and Blair, are quick to respond to any maintenance issues and do a wonderful job with events for the residents.. The improvements to the property since we’ve moved in have made it a place you’re proud to say you live at. Keep up the good work.

My family and I have lived here 2 years now. Moving from a small town, this neighborhood has been surprisingly a very quiet neighborhood. Neighbors are good, and the property is kept very well. Management hosts neighborly events, and this neighborhood is full of children for my kids to grow up with.

Lived there for 20+ years. I can't comment on how its run now as I'm no longer there and its run by someone new. But the building was in excellent condition, they were constantly making improvements and keep the grounds clean.

Expensive but building managers are really nice work really hard.

Great place to live. Vince is awesome. A nice community!

Highpoint Barrie, is a great to rent if you value a friendly, clean and secure home whether you live alone, with friends or with family. The hard-working management group lead by Miranda and Josh is professional, approachable and empathetic to the needs of the residents while balancing the maintenance of the building's interior & exterior to a high standard.
