Took our two senior cats to be groomed by Trish and boy are we glad to have her in the neighbourhood! It's been a challenge over the years to find services who provide grooming for cats on a consistent basis - it seems not many groomers are trained with cats, or the ones who are don't stick around, are difficult to get an appointment with, etc. Trish was easy to get a hold of and book an appointment with. She was fast, friendly, and gentle with our old feline fur babies. Her shop is welcoming, calm, and clean. She provided a sanitary brush and trim for one of our cats, and a lion shave for the other. Her prices are fair and her service is exceptional! We're so glad to have been referred to Trish; we will definitely visit her for all future grooming services. Thanks again.

Our rag doll kitten, has been going to Patricia for the last 6 months and she has been amazing. We always bring her home smelling lovely and looking extra floofy and magnificent. Would definitely recommend.

She was perfect for my very anxious 10 year old doggie. Very happy with the whole experience. Will definitely be going back.

Got my dog groomed for the very first time since we moved to Barrie, this was by far the best experience my dog has ever had. Kobe was gentle, knowledgeable and super patient with my very scared, very matted toy poodle. We will definitely be coming back for my pets to be groomed by Kobe! If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

She is warm, patient, and clearly has a natural way with animals. You can feel how much she cares, and it truly shows in how the dogs respond to her. This was such a positive experience, and I’m so grateful to have found her. Highly recommend. - I will travel anywhere for her.

I was so blessed by my experience with Kobe. She not only did an incredible job on my doggy that was well do for a groom but her customer service was much appreciated. My baby dog looks perfect and she did and incredible. Definitely recommend.

They are one the best groomers in the city. They managed to groom our male Husky-rough collie mix breed so precisely in a way his fur is trimmed but not so much that he visibly seems to have less fur like another breed dog. Also the staff is very polite and helpful as well patient with the dogs. Specially i found it helpful because our dog is so hyper energetic and jumpy and they were still patient with him. I would surely recommend them. And i am going to them again as well.

The staff is truly fantastic, demonstrating professionalism and a genuine love for animals. Their expertise and care have consistently exceeded my expectations. If I could post 10 stars I would! We have been going to PetScool since they opened, we have never had a bad experience! The only place that I’ve personally found that is able to give haircuts to our doodles. The dogs love to go in and enjoy being there. The whole staff gives them so much love and care. You won’t regret it.
