10/10 would recommend to everyone I know! Mike and his wife made the process of shopping for our daughters first “big girl” mattress so easy! They were so quick, friendly, efficient and great with our girls. They were extremely knowledgeable about their products and their prices were very competitive. Once we had purchased the mattress and box spring, we went to load it into our vehicle, but then realized we wouldn’t be able to fit it with the car seats in, and would have to come back later. Instead, Mike and his wife offered to deliver it for us that same evening. I have already told my family and friends about their amazing service and the experience we had and there’s no where else I will go to buy a mattress from anymore. We can’t thank you enough.

The staff was very helpful . They suggested a mattress that was perfect for our needs. We couldn't be happier . The mattress is well made and a good price. The price was the same as a foam type mattress but a much better product.

We bought a mattress, box spring and frame from Mike’s last week. Jimmy was very helpful and friendly, but not pushy. He gave us the time and space to make up our minds. Krista was lovely to deal with as well, and was able to arrange a very quick delivery for us - within the 1/2 hour - we were amazed! They got to our house before we did! Garrett and Jeremy did a very efficient job of getting the mattress and box spring up to the second floor - we thought the box spring was going to be a problem, but they know all the tricks. Unfortunately, we noticed a small discrepancy with the order after they had already left. When I called Krista, there was no hesitation on her part to send them back with a replacement. Wow! What excellent service and prices. After going to several stores in Barrie, we were so uncertain about what to do. Ten minutes here and we were completely reassured! Alex talked extensively about our needs and matched us with the perfect mattress, box spring and pillow. We are customers for life! Will definitely recommend to everyone and anyone.

Amazing experience here we showed up needing to leave with a mattress and boxspring day of. It was a quick purchase employee was knowledgable of the products, helped load it and even told us about and applied an online coupon! Was highly impressed by the customer service and so far our bed is great.

The customer service is exceptional, and John ensured I found the perfect mattress for my needs. The quality of the mattress is outstanding - it's comfortable, supportive. I highly recommend to National Mattress if anyone in need of a new mattress.

My husband and I arrived at sleep country in hopes to find the perfect bed and we were met by a friendly smiley face of Nadir. The customer service he offered was exceptional with showing us a variety of beds and learning our interets and matching us with the perfect bed. Nadir explained the product and we felt very confident in our purchase through Nadir's knowledge of the product. He was up front and honest with what he could offer and no pressure tactics were used which was a relief. I will definetley recommend people visit this location and request Nadir.

My fiancé and I had such an amazing time trying out the different mattresses and finding the perfect fit. Nadir was incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable and even stayed late to make sure we had everything we needed! It was such a great experience, and Nadir made it so easy to find the perfect mattress with the perfect frame! 10/10.

Was looking for a mattress and Hamil was so awesome and gave great suggestions on mattresses we were looking for! Would recommend him as a salesman for anyone going to the store.
