We moved to this apartment from Toronto. So, we had to rent the house without seeing it. The suit we have rented was clean, so we didn't have to clean it ☺️. Bonnie helped us a lot with everything. She informed us wonderfully. Although our arrival in the city was late, she met and showed us around the apartment. Informed us in detail. The apartment is very clean and quiet. Cleaners often vacuum the hallway and they are really polite. Neighbors are nice. Environment is reliable. There is a client care center that we can reach 24 hours a day in case we have any problems. There are so many pets in this property but we have never heard any noise. We really loved here. (280&284 Southlands Blvd)
Lovely neighbourhood. Apartment building is new and clean with gym and lounge space. Proximity to school and running trails make it a perfect spot for our family. Bonnie, site manager is a wonderful person to deal with.

This apartment building is amazing, large clean rooms, and a quiet atmosphere with nice views, Mike and Jordan are prompt with any questions and were there to help anytime I needed them. Unfortunately my time was it short due to work changing locations and I was forced to move, I would have loved to have stayed the full term.
I've lived in two different apartments in this building, and I've been more than happy with both rentals. The bedrooms are spacious, the building is clean and quiet, and the property manager is super polite and considerate! Highly recommend, especially if you want somewhere quiet and away from busy shopping areas.
The property manager Ashley made the sometimes complicated moving in process go smoothly.
