Walked into Roset looking for a certain kind of earrings..which they didnt have..I described what I was looking for and Nicole came up with a myriad of ideas..and showed me different sizes of hoops, and charms ( I was looking for hoop earrings with a diamond teardrop hanging off it) WELLLLL...They made them for me..and they are BEAUTIUFUL!!! The service, respect , constant communication between Nicole and the entire Roset staff was incredible..LOVE this store..highly highly recommend.

The best customer service! Had to get an engagement ring soldered to a wedding ban. Was from out of town and they were extremely accommodating to get it done within the same day. Messaged on Facebook and got back to me after business hours, extremely fast replies. Went above and beyond to take care of me. Also polished my ring without asking! Prices extremely reasonable!! Definitely my new store for all my jewelry needs. I definitely recommend to anybody!
Had some goldsmith work performed at this shop, and it was very well done. Couple the quality work with excellent customer service, and this is the place to go in Medicine Hat. Will be back.
