I had the best experience shopping at surplus ! Apart from the fact that their prices are unbeatable, the staff is awesome ! I came back to shop at surplus because of my experience with Patrick , and then I met Andrew , these guys are just awesome ! Andrew would call to update and follow up , when the items didn’t arrive to the store in time they made it up by delivering whatever they had in store and didn’t charge for other deliveries. They were super friendly and really because of them unless they don’t have the item that I am looking for , I am really not shopping anywhere else for furniture ! Thank you soooooo much Andrew and Patrick and to the rest of the time thanks for always looking cheerful your environment is very positive ! And thanks Akim for assembling the bed you were awesome

I had such a great experience with everyone at this store. Everyone went above and beyond helping me purchase a new recliner. They were friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. I just happened to go there on the coldest day of the year. I should have went with my gut instinct and bought it there the first visit but I had to check out the other stores and went back here. The price was better than fair and they had it in stock. Great people, great store!! I will go back.

My husband and I bough an amazing mattress and adjustable bed from Miguel. What we learned after just a couple weeks is that my husband and I need very different positions to sleep, so we went in and Miguel helped us exchange everything for the king size (2 mattress and 2 beds). When the delivery men came, everything turned into a train wreck. Claiming there was a stain, which nobody can see, a rip that wasn’t there when we bought the mattress. Anyways…long story short…Miguel fought our corner and walked us step by step through all the processes to successfully get everything exchanged properly. So again…Miguel…thank you for all your help and support.

Michele Harwood was amazing, she helped us pick out 2 mattresses and some pillows. She knew exactly where to start and what to show us and we really appreciated her knowledge and she was super friendly and kind. We would buy from her any day! 10/10.
