I Moved in Six Months Ago from Edmonton. I Read the Reviews and Was a Little Apprehensive However, It Was the Only Nice Building I Could Find in Town. I'm Happy to Say that I Have Been Pleasantly Surprised! the Property Is Clean, It Still Looks Brand New, It's Pet Friendly and When My Pooch Is Muddy, I Don't Have to Spend $10.00 to Wash Her, There's a Dog Wash! Despite Some of The Comments About Lisa, I Found Her to Be Very Professional, Lovely and Kind. I Couldn't See the Apartment Before I Moved in And She Made the Stressful Transition Super Easy for Me. I Signed All My Documents Online and Got to See a Video of The Apartment. Is It Sound Proof? No, but It's an Apartment and Of Course, There's Going to Be Noise as It Is Shared Living. I Did Have an Issue with My Dishwasher when I First Moved in But the Maintenance Man Michael Was Quick to Fix This for Me. I Never Write Reviews However, I Feel so At Home Here After Six Months and Feel that People Should Know that As Far as Renting Goes, This Is Where It's At. There's so Many Dogs Me and My Dog Get to Meet:) I Have Lived in Many Apartments Before and This One Is Certainly My Favorite.

My partner and I stayed here for a few years while we saved for our first house. In the time we’ve lived here the staff became friendly familiar faces. Our little Yorkie fell in love with the maintenance lady who would always have a treat pouch for him. The manager was always responsive and always had an explanation or resolution. The neighbours were friendly and helpful. Overall it was a comfortable convenient home with helpful staff and friendly neighbours. Thumbs up from us.

This building is perfect. Newly retired this place makes me feel very safe. Love the underground parking, the staff is always friendly and willing to help. The view from my balcony is amazing. Trees, birds and sunrises.

It's been almost a year here at Kelson Court, and I can confidently say that Gloria is the best manager I've ever encountered. She even assisted me with my move. I highly recommend this apartment.

I cannot say enough good things about Gloria!!! She is friendly, professional and is the kind of person who will "follow-up" and get things done. Excellent experience! Highly recommend.
