Tanya remembers me when I come in, she and all the staff make me a priority and make sure that I get the help I need. 11/10, will come back in the future, and will be asking for Tanya’s assistance again!

Service was amazing! No pressure to buy and she invited my guy to try different style rings on with no feeling of any pressure. Offered her valuable opinion and expertise. In the end we purchased exactly what we were looking for, and even though it was a special order...it arrived quickly! Thank you for making our experience so lovely!

Seth and Nicole have always been amazing to deal with. Seth used to appraise jewelry for me when I worked at the Hospice Thrift Store. He went above and beyond donating hours of his time doing us this favour. For Christmas this year, my husband bought two chains, to fix two broken necklaces he bought me years ago. Seth fixed them beautifully, and quickly for us and at a great price. There are so many unique and beautiful pieces in their store I highly recommend supporting this local artist.

So the most important thing to say is, they did excellent work. I had to get my wedding ring set sized and it's perfect! They were so kind, had such personable customer service. I have a child who is on the spectrum and they were so good with him. Like, they went out of their way to show him things and talk to him and be patient. That meant the world to me!

Love love love their customer service!!! My rings came out SO sparkly and shiny and beautiful. They are very professional and worked hard to get my rings back to me quickly. Will definitely return and recommend!

I had my favourite watch break months ago and was scared to send it away in fear of the cost of repair. I decided to call around locally and Kens was third call i made. They were the first to offer watch repair and were very up front about how it may take a few weeks but the price was quoted extremely fair. Flash forward they called and let me know my watch was ready to be picked up. Extremely friendly staff and ended up paying half of quoted price. Im extremely happy to have my watch back and would recommend their service to anyone.

Superior service for over 20 years. From rings to watches and everything in between, I’ve never been disappointed. Curtis and the team are sure to provide great service for any of your goldsmithing needs.

Very personable and helpful staff. They completed a simple repair on two watches for free. I will definitely be coming back to Ken's for any jewelry needs I have.
