Service was amazing! No pressure to buy and she invited my guy to try different style rings on with no feeling of any pressure. Offered her valuable opinion and expertise. In the end we purchased exactly what we were looking for, and even though it was a special order...it arrived quickly! Thank you for making our experience so lovely.

Seth and Nicole have always been amazing to deal with. Seth used to appraise jewelry for me when I worked at the Hospice Thrift Store. He went above and beyond donating hours of his time doing us this favour. For Christmas this year, my husband bought two chains, to fix two broken necklaces he bought me years ago. Seth fixed them beautifully, and quickly for us and at a great price. There are so many unique and beautiful pieces in their store I highly recommend supporting this local artist.

So the most important thing to say is, they did excellent work. I had to get my wedding ring set sized and it's perfect! They were so kind, had such personable customer service. I have a child who is on the spectrum and they were so good with him. Like, they went out of their way to show him things and talk to him and be patient. That meant the world to me.

Love love love their customer service!!! My rings came out SO sparkly and shiny and beautiful. They are very professional and worked hard to get my rings back to me quickly. Will definitely return and recommend.

I needed to have a watch battery replaced in a really, really big hurry. The counter/sales staff said they were sorry but they could not accommodate an immediate service job. However, the jeweler noticed my predicament, and said that he would take a look right away. He had to replace not one, but two batteries, and did the work as fast as he could. He even asked the counter/sales staff to start printing the invoice (before he had even finished the replacement) so that I could be out of the store as fast as possible. Thank you very much for the quick service. It was really important to me and you guys came through.

We have dealt with Michael's Jewlers throughout the years and every single transaction has been amazing. Today they exceeded my expectations and I am truly grateful. I lost my beautiful earing that my husband had gotten me for Christmas from Michael's. The set was amazing and I loved them and was absolutely crushed when I lost it. Michael's sourced a single earing for me to match the one I had, and gave us a truly great price on the replacement. I can't thank them enough. Truly an amazing local business.

Amazing staff, amazing service, amazing prices and amazing work. A HUGE thumbs up! Thankyou! Even if we drove in from Calgary. Worth it for sure.
