Bonjours, je m'appelle VASSINA FATOUMA SIDIBE et je suis nouvelle aux immeubles Roussin. Je viens d'aménager dans un 3/2 et il faut le dire, je suis très heureuse. A chaque fois que je rentre dans mon appartement, je récent de la joie. C'est inexplicable!!! c'est spacieux, propre, très éclairé par la lumière du jour et avec de l'air naturel qui rentre de partout. Vraiment magnifique et en plus situé dans un beau quartier… Je ne peux que remercier l'agent Christophe HO , un homme très accueillant et chaleureux qui a fait son possible pour me trouver cet appartement. Encore merci bonne continuation…..

J'ai été contactée par Mr Sylvain Thériault pour traiter ma demande, et je suis extrêmement satisfait de son service. Dès le premier contact, il a fait preuve d'un grand professionnalisme et d'une écoute attentive. Le traitement de ma demande a été exécuté de manière impeccable et fluide, rendant tout le processus simple et sans stress. Je tiens à exprimer ma profonde gratitude envers Capreit Samuel Holland, après avoir vécu 5 années merveilleuses dans l'un de leurs logements. Leur service à la clientèle est exceptionnel, répondant rapidement à toutes nos demandes et assurant que notre séjour soit confortable et sans soucis. Les appartements sont bien entretenus, et chaque interaction avec le personnel a été agréable et efficace. Je recommande vivement à tous ceux qui recherchent une gestion immobilière fiable et attentionnée. Merci encore pour ces 5 années formidables!

Pourquoi chercher une place pour rester quelques mois un an aller aux appartements Samuel il prend plus de vous servir et vous offrez la pâte à main que vous recherchez pas cher avec une très belle vue.

J'habite au Samuel Holland ça fait deux ans, la localisation c'est la chose que j'aime le plus. Les agents de sécurité sont très sympa avec nous. Oui, je le recommande.

LES JARDINS DE MÉRICI REVIEWS

J’y ai vécu un an comme étudiant. Endroit très tranquille est bien isolé. La conciergerie est efficace et répond aux requêtes dans les 24h souvent. Le dépanneur n’offre pas beaucoup de sélection et les prix sont élevés, mais pour « dépanner » évidemment c’est correct. Belle grande piscine l’été avec peu d’achalandage! Plusieurs choix de bus avec la 11 qui passe sur grande allée et les Metrobus sur belvédère à 5min de marche, et directement à côté des plaines. Je recommande a tous.

J'ai habité 1 an aux jardins-mérici. Agence Boardwalk irréprochable. 2 appels de services résolus en quelques heures à travers la plateforme web. Communications avec l'administration toujours claires et rapides. De loin la meilleure agence que j'ai eu dans ma vie. Environnement locatif très agréable, vous l'aurez compris je recommande vivement.

Personnel serviable et attentionné. Demandes de services effectuée dans les règles de l'art et rapidement. Je recommande pour une location sans soucis.
