Nous étions à la recherche d’un nouveau matelas et nous étions un peu perdus devant la panoplie d’offres qu’il y a sur le marché. Nous avons donc décidé d’aller voir chez dormez-vous afin de d’amorcer le processus et nous avons été conquis, le service a été exemplaire, le conseiller (Alain) nous a questionné et nous a expliqué en profondeur toutes les différences des divers types de matelas et nous a invité a en essayer plusieurs. Nous avons tellement aimé le service que nous avons décidé de ne pas magasiner ailleurs. Nous avons acheté le matelas, le couvre matelas et les draps et le tout est d’une qualité et d’un confort absolu. Merci encore.

Mon conjoint et moi avons passé un avant-midi au magasin afin de choisir un matelas. Yannick nous a offert un tellement bon service que nous avons décidé d'acheter matelas et base de lit là-bas. Il a été à l'écoute de nos besoins et a su nous guider avec brio, le tout, sans pression! Excellent service! Merci!
