KAMPEN APPLIANCE SERVICE REVIEWS

Wanted to share my great experience with Kampen Applinace. We recently got our new range, where my 3 year old son ran his hot wheels across the bull nose of the range leaving a nice scratch. I contacted Kampen, who not only reached out to the vendor for the spare part on my behalf, the lady from Kampen got the part for free for us under the circumstances. Totally above and beyond service. We really appreciate the effort and will always Kampen for service matters.

Kampen is consistent, comes on time, always fixes the problem and is just generally an amazing service provider. I wish all service providers were as consistent and helpful as Kampen! I have been using Kampen to service my Subzero fridge and they always know what to do! Thank you Kampen.

Above and beyond customer service and care. Fred came on time, helped me have our warranty extended, and expertly fixed our stove right away. Then they called to make sure I was happy! Couldn’t be more impressed!.
