The "go to" place for hot tub sales, maintenance, and service in Huntsville. Very knowledgable staff to help with making a selection from the many options. Quality tubs and very good after sales service. You might save a little money at a big box store but who wiill install, setup, teach you to operate things, fix things they they go wrong, and still be around next year?.

I bought a replacement spa pack online and installed it myself. I was following the guide but having a few issues with the setup. I called this location to see if a service technician could come out and take a look. They called me back a couple days later and was able to diagnise and solve my issue over the phone. I was up and running in a matter of a few minutes, right in time for winter. Very happy with the professionalism and service provided. I will return here for any future pool and hot tub needs.

Had a leaky pump. Connie was right on it and booked a service immediately. John drove from Orillia twice in 3 days and fixed everything before serious damage was done due to freezing temperatures. Couldn't ask for better service.
