We called Muskoka Sanitation to help us with a septic emergency. Jeff responded immediately, efficiently, and compassionately - putting systems in place so it would never happen again. When dealing with a crisis, you need good people like Jeff on your side. Exceptional service all around.

We had my Mom's cottage septic pumped by Jeff and his team at the beginning of this month. They did an excellent job, inspite of it being an old septic. They were professional, polite and efficient! I highly recommend this company!

This company has bailed me out twice with very little notice. I have used them for several pump outs. Recently had an issue with a blockage in the line between my house and tank. Its an older system and most people would have passed the buck on to someone else. Jeff stayed for hours until he got the job done. He is the kind of person who will trouble shoot and problem solve where most would give up.

Septic system pumped out. It is such a pleasure dealing with this company. They answer the phone and are very pleasant. Most other small businesses in our community neither answer the phone nor do they get back if you leave a message. The gentleman who does the work of pumping out our tanks is always smiling and really appears to enjoy his work. A real pleasure to deal with "Call of the Wild"
