I am very glad I chose Dowell Equipment Services to repair my washing machine. This business is exceptional. Even though I called later in the day, the man who took my call managed to accommodate my schedule, and a service technician arrived early the next morning. Brian, the technician, was incredibly knowledgeable and pleasant. He did a thorough job of troubleshooting, identifying the problem, repairing it and making sure the machine was operating smoothly. I was very impressed by the people at Dowell and the work that was done and will recommend this business to others.

Sent in a contact request to inquire about removing our old dishwasher and installing our new dishwasher. Received a call almost right away from Jessica. She was amazing on the phone, helping us set up an install date and time, even coming to St Thomas to complete the install. Beau and Brian arrived early in their service window and they did an amazing job!!! They were super easy to talk to while they worked away. Our New dishwasher looks great!!!! Thanks for your Help.
