Had a leaking dishwasher that I was putting up with until it finally packed itself completely in and no longer worked. I explained the issue to Vitali over the phone and he let me know exactly what was going on. He was able to get the parts quickly, in my opinion , and was able to replace the motor/pump assembly quickly. The job took less than 30 mins and he gave me some worthwhile tips on keeping my machine working longer for the future.
He will be my go to guy for appliance repair going forward. Extremely likeable guy to boot as well.
