Soundwave has been super accommodating with both my partner and I. We are happy with the customer service, friendliness and professionalism of the staff and have had very positive experiences. For myself, I had a test booked but due to a miscommunication we had different dates. They called to confirm my appointment for the next day but I was already on my way in for what I thought was an appointment that day (I live 1.5 hrs away). They were able to fit me in on short notice. As mine was testing for an application she completed all the paperwork and advised if anything at all happened where I no longer had my copy I could just call and get a copy of the results sent to me. My partner needed hearing aids for his driver medical. They got him in quickly and ordered him up hearing aids which he received and is super happy with. When he requested rechargeable port they ordered that but due to unavailability was taking a long time to receive. Soundwave reached out to him and offered another product which would arrive sooner.

Tracy did an awesome job in assisting me with the Veterans Affairs process and getting me my hearing aids. Highly recommend.

This place is great and the process was very easy and understanding took my son here for a hearing test the staff was very friendly and helped alot.

I recommend this place. Was there for an appointment Feb. 25th. I had bad ear issues, and they were able to give me the right help. Very friendly and kind people and a clean facility. Sorry for not remembering the names of the ladies there that day, but thank you so very much for all you did.

Found them because they had the best reviews for hearing clinics in GP and now I can see why. It was a very clean, comfortable, positive experience. Will be sticking with North Star Hearing for my hearing-loss “journey”.

Just had a consultation for a plugged ear to get an ear cleaning. Turns out I had an infection and needed a different treatment. Fast service and clear explanations. Would definitely recommend!

It feels great to walk into an important appointment and greeted with smiles. And with the hearing testing with "Shital" a outstanding professional awesome person. She made me feel absolutely better about everything in which I was there for. Shital and the receptionist are a definitely a 5 star out of 5

I love that it's free hearing tests. The other one in town charges $80.00 to get a test done. Very nice ladies that work there.

Not too long ago, my right Hearing Aid, which is the main one in my cross set up, stopped working. I took them to Amplifon in Grande Prairie, Alberta to have them repaired. Upon closer inspection, my right Hearing Aid was unable to be repaired, so I was booked in for a Hearing Test by their friendly front end staff .It didn't take very long to get the appointment. During the appointment, Mr. Jason Peck was very helpful and understanding. He explained each step of the process to me and then took the time to recommend a new set of Phonak Hearing Aids to me, explaining all of the advantages and details of them, while making sure that I understood and that I knew my options. When the new set arrived, we were deep into the COVID-19 restrictions and all of their in-house appointments had been either cancelled or postponed. Jason, knowing how desperate I was to be able to hear again, took the time to set them up in advance of me picking them up and then called me and set up a time for me to meet him. There was a bitter, cold wind the day that I was scheduled to pick up my new Phonak Hearing Aids. Jason, both dedicated to his job and to me, his patient, took the time to stand outside of their building and explain to me exactly how my new Hearing Aid system worked. Upon trying my new Phonak Hearing Aids, they worked perfectly fine, and exactly as explained to me. I was and am thoroughly pleased and impressed with the service that I received from Amplifon and would highly recommend Amplifon in Grande Prairie, Alberta, to anyone that is experiencing any sort of hearing loss.
